Actually, I will be doing all the artwork for the contest.
When filling out the form all I need is the description or an image of the “canon”/default outfit for the OC being submitted. This is the outfit that the character will be presented in during the Introduction stage of Miss Hetalia 2013.
The only outfit I require any submitter to send me is the default, whether that is a military outfit, a traditional costume, or casual clothing. The rest of the outfits will be according to the stage of the contest (Casual dress, Evening gown, Ball gown) we are currently in.
Important note about Miss Hetalia
As I have received three (3) entries which did not follow the guidelines, let me clear things up:
[√] Acceptable entry: Filling out the form and submitting it through the submission box.
[×] Unacceptable entry: Filling out the form and sending it through the ask box, or reblogging the form and filling it out there.
[√] Acceptable entry: An OC of a Nation [A “Nation” being defined here as synonymous with “Country”.)
[×] Unacceptable entry: An OC of a city/town, state/territory or fictional place.
[√] Acceptable entry: A submission of an OC of a nation (ex. A submission of the form with the nation’s information, say your OC for the nation of Azerbaijan).
[×] Unacceptable entry: A submission of yourself. (Ex. Filling out the form with the appropriate details for yourself and claiming a nation, say Ireland.)
Guidelines for OC entry:
•OC MUST be a nation on Earth. (No made up/mythical/fictional/hypothetical nations, 2Ps/3Ps/4Ps, humanized pets/objects, extraterrestrial nations (including the moon)/state/territory OCs will be accepted.)
•OC must be female OR you are willing to let me genderbend a male. (If Miss Hetalia 2013 is popular enough I may do a Mister Hetalia 2013…)
•I will not whitewash. If the OC is whitewashed already, they’ll be properly rendered for the contest.
•Request to participate by filling out the guide which can be located on controlva540’s blog and submitting it through submissions.
•Each nation/micronation will only be represented ONCE with the exception of Italy in order to adhere to Hetalia canon. If your nation is already being represented (example: Someone has already requested their Philippines OC participate then all other Philippines OCs will be unfortunately turned down.)

>Notes: Submitting a Face claim is okay! Submitting a photo of typical wardrobe is okay. If your character does not have a canon outfit but you have wardrobe choices that is okay!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Entries are all on a First Come, First Served basis. Once a country is claimed no more characters will be taken.
